… those were the key words that fell within a year of our meetings.

Mrs. Heldt has informed us about the competition and encouraged us to participate.

After several brainstorming sessions

We had several ideas. Ultimately, we have finally settled on an idea with which we were able to meet all criteria of the competition quite well: Women in Black – The International Trainee Meeting.

Was important for us to represent typical processes of our daily working life, involving the firm and with a bit of an attractive, fun and relaxed way … it was not so easy!

Our film shows the preparations for a major international meeting of all the trainees of the national companies, Festo, which will take place at the main plant in Berkheim. This includes, for example, a Viedokonferenz with Mexico or the reception of foreign guests.

From the outset it was clear to us that we wanted to make a video review, because we could represent our best idea for us and a film shoot was also most interesting.

The first step was to write a screenplay. At the beginning it was relatively difficult because we have gone through three so something for the first time. It took really long time because we are writing to one in three Spach and the other in advance many organizational things needed to clarify for the shooting.

Since we shot on a Saturday in the main plant in Berkheim, for example, we had to clarify first if the self-controlled lawn mower ride or whether the Bionic Handling Assistant for one of our scenes available.

We had planned to shoot the entire film in one day and after we made the weather fortunately no spanner in the works, we could also run through Sun It was a very tiring but fun day and we are looking forward to the outcome.

At the moment we are going to cut the movie and everything on the first submission June to make it perfect:)
